Ireland

Okay, I really need to start doing studies again. Can't let Irshad completely take over this blog. :P

  1. Aww, and I was just about to finish annexing this place into my empire of blogs!

I really love how fluid and puffy you've made the clouds, but for some reason, it's the rolling green hills in the back that speak to me most. I want to tumble all over them!

    1. I know, right!? I have the photo as my wallpaper and it makes me want to run across the tops of those cliffs whenever I look at it. It's a place called...Ballycotteen or something like that. In Ireland.

  2. WOAH! I agree with Irshad, the grass is stunning!

small little thing, the grass further away is almost the same contrast as the grass in the foreground. It doesn't bother me a lot, but because its value is so close to it, I jump to that almost immediately right after I see the beautiful grass! If you add some slight sky color to the grass, it might help it out so that it'll gradually move back into space, kind of like what you're doing with the cliffs. Oh did I say that the grass is so SEXY!!! giving a sense of movement in a 2D plane is so difficult but you nailed it! I can totally see this moving on one of those screensavers haha

    1. Thanks! Ohhh man, I knew something looked off. I guess I just got too excited about putting in that green on the cliffs. Y'know when you have a dark shape and you just put a liiiiitle light on it, like an edge, and BAM! It becomes a thing. With planes.
